This is a question re: law in the state of Missouri.

I am trying to help out a friend whos adult daughter has just turned herself in after being accused of auto theft. We have searched the internet trying to find information about what is considered theft versus grand theft auto in Missouri, and what kind of sentence each can carry if convicted. Thus far, we have come up empty handed. Can someone possibly direct me to a site with this information, or relay the information to me if this is something you already know? Thank you in advance.
