The dates on my lease read December 1st,2000 to September 1st,2000. With this mistake is this a binding contract or can it be vacated?

Does it say anywhere the lease is for 12 months?

or their is a total amount of money due...that adds up to rent times 12 months... ?

If not then sept 1st is when you are supposed to be out!
