What is the name of your state? Florida

first of all what is the diffrence between a mistiminer (dono how to spell :p ) and a felony? and second of all if i had either or on my record would i konw about it like would i have been detained or arrested or even talked to by the police if i had one?

A misdemeanor isn't as serious as a felony. As far as the second sentence you attempted to ask, huh? Try it again.

My answer: Yes. What makes you think you might have something as serious as a felony? (That's a very serious charge, punishable by at least a year in jail).
