first of all what is the diffrence between a mistiminer (dono how to spell ) and a felony? and second of all if i had either or on my record would i konw about it like would i have been detained or arrested or even talked to by the police if i had one?

My answer: Yes. What makes you think you might have something as serious as a felony? (That's a very serious charge, punishable by at least a year in jail).
