I am currently living in rental property owned by my mother who is 65.
She is planning on creating a beneficiay deed so that the property goes directly to us upon her death.
??????????
The house is NOT paid off, when she is gone, what will the mortage company do? Will they insist we sell the house to pay off the remaining mortgage or can I simply continue making payments until the house is paid off ?
Will the mortage company make me go through the lending applications procedure?

All those questions should be posed to the mortgage lender. Bottomline: will they call the loan due if she adds you on title via a quitclaim deed.
