I want to start a mobile auto glass repair business that strictly offers repairs of cracks/chips on windshields. The objective is to train individuals who will work on commission at car washes and gas stations throughout the area that we will make arrangements with. Hate to say this but if you don't know the requirements to operate such a business, you are doomed to a swift failure of the business. Such a business will require a business license or two, tax filings, insurance, equipment, and a lot more. There is no way anyone can teach you all this in the confines of an online forum.

A better option is to get a job in the industry, learn all you can. Take a college course or 2 on running a small business. Then decide whether you are ready to take on such an endeavor. 50% of all new business start ups fail within one year, 95% in 5. The odds are already stacked against you. The better prepared you are, the better your odds.
