What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

My mobile phone company interrupted my line on Friday 11 for no reason .

As I work with 2 compagnies , 1 overseas and 1 in USA with which primary contact is the phone I missed important call from both of them especially a conf call with a client of the one overseas .
I went to my mobile company and they told me that it was a billing error that disable my account monthly renewal (they gave me a paper for that ) .
My company overseas will not pay me for the d day and may take me for responsible for the missing conf call .

How can it be possible for me to sue My mobile phone company for that .

I would bet that your contract with the mobile phone company specifically states that they will not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You can sue them but you don't have a prayer of winning. Your phone service has no guarantee of reliability nor responsibility for consequential damages. Your agreement with your carrier almost ceratinly disclaims such all over the place.

The thing is they my plan cost me 40$ /month (prepaid) , I refill my plan before the due date .
Their system took 10cents from my refill that's was enough to stop my account renewal on the due date .

Is that disclaim too ?

Yes, it is. I would suggest that you call to complain to the phone company...maybe keep asking for a supervisor until you get higher up on the ladder. You might get a free month of service out of it.
