pennsylvania - we are living in a mobile home park and the landlord has decided to terminate the park. some of us have lived here for 54 years, others moved in as recently as 5 months ago. most of the homes are older model homes and cannot be moved. can they just terminate the park with no compensation to us? we also have other issues pending - the water has been tested twice in the last 3 years and was found to be unfit for human consumption. nothing has been done about it. the roads are riddled with potholes. they refuse to repair them. but they have no problem accepting our rent.

well i guess its time for ALL of you to cough up a couple of hundred bucks each and pool your money and hire a lawyer to protect your rights.

Most states have seperate laws for trailer parks, that give 6 months or more before you have to move...but every state is different.
