We have recently sold a mobile home, and the current owner found damage that we were not aware of. We had the home inspected by the owner of the mobile home court prior to the sale, but this was not a thorough inspection. The buyer did NOT have an inspection, though she looked through it several times. Now, she is claiming there will be thousands of dollars in repairs and is asking that we pay a large portion of this. What are our legal rights and obligations?

**A: if you sold the mobile home only and no land was involved, then you have not sold real property but personal property. Please clarify since this is the real estate law board.
