I own my mobilehome and am in a park where I rent a space. I need to know how the eviction process goes. I recieved a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit and 60 day notice to terminate possession on5/06/08 . I have since received a note from the park owner saying that if monies weren't paid by 6/18/08, then he would start court proceedings. Doesn't he have to wait until the 60 days are over before starting the court process?
