thankyou for former advice. when i went in to pay my may lot rent they refused to accept it because of former late fees with old owners. If they refused to accept my check as payment for lot rent is there any law pertaining to if a payment is not accepted that that bill is considered paid? Also how do i find the Michigan laws governing mobilehome parks? Thankyou for you help!

where do you get such nutty ideas from anyway?

You must keep the money available, becuase they will give you an eviction notice in a few days, then you will respond to the court and then get a court date.....

The judge should throw out their claim to the back late fees and When the judge asks you to pay the lot rent YOU MUST have it ALL available right there...or else the judge can evict you, since you have your opportunity in court to pay what you owe..... and you didnt.
