What is the name of your state? Arizona

I have a friend that is an internet model. I have taken photos of her and all of our friends when we have parties. I have also taken photos of us together because we used to date. She is under contract with a modeling company in Nevada i'm not sure what the contract involves. My question is, can I post photos that I have taken that have her in them on a public website such as http://myspace.com? and if I can't because her "image" is copywritten or under contract, can i place a black bar over her eyes to hide her identity becase I do not have her premission to post a photo of her?

I have searched on line for photo copyright laws and getting around them but I have come up with nothing thus far.

This other company OWNS any covered image of their model. Your using it without their permission could lead to a lawsuit.

I wouldn't suggest it... it is also likely that your 'friend' won't allow it either. If it is possible to identify her any other way, you could also be subject to litigation. One thing that you need to factor into this decision of yours.... is how much money do you have to spend on defense counsel IF they were to sue you?? If you have lots of money, then go for it. If you don't, then I suggest you not use someone elses copyright 'property'.
