What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

May 11 - I filed for a modification for an increase of CS. Our original order was from 2001.
May 14 - I receive a letter from Dad's insurance carrier that Dad no longer had insurance for our son.
May 18- I called the court customer service to report this and also about the unreimbursed medical that I had not received from Dad. An enforcement request was generated.
June 8 - I had the conference for the mod. Dad wasn't present when I was (he did show up 2 hours later) but the matter was already continued to a master for July 20. A subpoena for his pay stub info was sent to his employer.
June 11 - Dad does show for our enforcement conference for the health ins and UnR-med. Here it was determined that dad owes me a total of $3600 in UnR-Med. No payment agreement was reached, so it was scheduled for a judge for June 29.
June 23 - Dad's daughter’s grandmother dies :( The funeral is set for June 29 - so I contact the courts so that Dad and I (I am friends with Dad's daughter's Mom and knew GMom also, long story  ) can attend. Continuance is granted and set for July 30
July 20 - Dad doesn't show for mod conference so I submit testimony via telephone. CS is increased based on Dad's 6 month pay stubs. Health insurance now becomes my responsibility with Dad's portion of the premium added to his CS amount. Also, UnR-Med changes from Dad 82% and me 18% to 50 -50. The order effective date is May 11.

SOooooo the question is (I know, finally) - Since my 'new' CS order is effective May 11 - is the enforcement that was filed May 18 now going to be based on the original order of 2001 or the new one?
