What is the name of your state?Maryland...As i posted before, my x has filed a custody modification to get sole custody of our child. I went to my lawyer and we sent our rebutal to his lawyer. My question is, if anyone can answer, it has been about40days since we have sent it. I had 30days to answer does he have a time line as well? What will happen next?

He should have the same obligation. Contact your lawyer to find out what's going on.
