I don't know how to include peoples responses in my post, but I want to make it very clear that I have NEVER in any of these posts implied that my exhusband should pay additional college costs.....just that "I" can't afford the current terms. Also, I made my decisions after spending thousands of dollars on an attorney who advised me to sign the agreement.

YES...I do work. Not only do I work, but I have two jobs and will be undertaking a third.

Again, the initial question was regarding getting the part of the agreement modified to allow me to not go through an attorney for future issues. I will again as I said go to the court and see what I can do. I appreciate that people don't try to second guess my intentions. I have never gone back for additional money of any kind from my ex. When I mentioned that there would be "support issues" that will need to be addressed I am referring to when HE goes to court to have his amount paid to me reduced a process that if I am required to use attorney's first would cost me money I don't have.

Again...non of this has anything to do with going after my ex for money.
