Modification waiting period?

I recently got my EX wife to sign the Parenting Plan Modification papers and i am getting ready to file them with the court. Does anyone know the waiting period for it to be finalized. I know with divorce it is 90 days, but this is just a modification.

Huh? If you two are in agreement, then file it with the court to have the Judge sign off on it.
