3 day notice served. Child had to move because of dampness, mold, and insects on walls. Landlord saw evidence then began making repairs, tenants not given opportunity to move before repairs began. Landlord served 3 day notice. Tenants moved in 48 hours. Left only furninshing that belonged to landlord (allowed tenants to use while living there) now landlord may be filing a suit. What are the consumers rights. Pictures and witnesses of all mold.

mold and hard feelings

So now if she tries to sue what are the options? She was never sued for relocation, medical or anything. Including the fact that she tore down part of my fence without notifiying me and my daughter's dog got out and was hit by a car causing at least a few hundred in medical bills. What are the options left?

She wants my name

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state? California

My daughter is now 16. She has had no contact with her father since she was three years old. He pays not child support and has decided not to be in her life. He never used his visitation, nor has he ever spoken to her. She wants to hyphenate her last name, is shel old enough or would I have to do it. When I tried before, he vetoed it for no known reason.

Reporting agencies

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have written the letters requesting that the fraudulent information be removed, and I have furnished copies of police report. Also phone calls to follow up.

Where do I begin

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state? California

Where do I begin. What is the quickest and least expensive way to incorporate a business. It will not be sole proprietorship. There will be share holders. I went to the state website, but it is a little confusing, and it does not specify exactly which forms should be filled out. Is there a workshop or someplace that will help with the forms? And point me in the right direction?

Net Zero Fraud

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state? California

Net Zero has been billing my account! I went through identity theft a while ago, and I recently changed my visa card account. My bank mailed me a notice saying that my old number was being billed. I found out it was net zero. I don't use net zero. I called them and of course they could not find an account with my name or phone number, but they wanted my credit information. When I asked them to cease billing me, they told me they could not do that and I woud go into collection. How can I get my money back and prove theft and fraud?

Stolen identity

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state? California
A while ago I found out somebody had stolen my identity. They got credit cards, apartments, defaulted on real estate loans, personal loans etc. I found out because I started receiving papers from debtor trying to garnish my wages. I began going to court. Too many lawsuits! Debt rounded out to be 45k plus my own. I had to file bankruptcy. I filed a police report, I already had a flag on my number, and social security never notified me, so now how do I remove all of this from my credit. Is there a dispute letter? My bankruptcy has been discharged. It will be a year next month.

revent garnishment

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state? CAlifornia

I read the posted messages regarding preventing wage garnishment. HA HA! I was served with a wage garnishment on an apartment I had never rented, nor did I know where it was. I called the attorney to discuss the case and to let him know that I had proof of residence during that time and inform him that it was identity theft. He told me he did not care, and that I was going to pay the debt. I filed a stay/motion. That did not work. I filed a motion to dismiss and included copies of my signature, my proof of residence, as well as a statement from current landlord at the time. The judge so much as said F*** you! Pay the man. The judge said he did not care about the actual evidence that I would pay for that apartment because it was in my name. So now what other avenues could I have taken.

Have you noticed that you have too much crap going on in your life? Lady, you don't need free advice. What you need is a LEGAL TEAM on retainer!

My response:

You're welcome. Now, go get a life - - as soon as you can stop being sued!

That is your best? Please join me. I am already on my way.

My response:

I reserve the "best" for those who deserve it. You don't even rate that!

If being "on your way" includes you getting off of Welfare, then congratulations. Fortunately, I will never need Welfare, and I'll never be evicted. Being wealthy has its privileges - - something you will never know.

Welfare?

It is amazing how you a**holes come up with the word welfare. I have never been on welfare thanks. Maybe you have. All of you! If being wealthy means behaving like you or assuming the worst then I feel truly sorry for you. Trying to belittle people you know nothing about is the way people compensate for shortcomings elsewhere in life. I teach my students that all the time. Please continue to blow each other I'm sure it feels good!
