What is the name of your state? New Jersey.
In the condo I am renting out, the dishwasher leaked once/twice. Condo Association and downstairs neighbor performed mold assessment and now want mold remediation and are threatening to sue me for it. Insurance company said the mold is not covered due to exclusion clauses. I heard that sometimes insurance company will say that they don't cover mold but they should be... Is that true? Should I get a lawyer? Thanks. Sincerely, Confused.
