What is the name of your state?Arkansas

My mother is completley dissabled .She has 2 brain surgeries,is blind, has diabeties, and has seisures. She draws dissability, and has Medicaid. But this time last year the medicaide office sent her a bunch of papers saing that she had to reapply.

Then they procieded to stop her medicaid beniffits so her drug bill was a thosand dollars for one month.

Admitting there fault the Medicaid office said that they would go back and pay for the drugs that were not coverd at the time the medicaid was wrongfully shut off.but they never did and weve been unsucsesfull at getting anybody to help us in the DHS office .

Is there anything legally that we can do?
