Mom has filed FALSE sexually abuse in CA

This case has been going on for over 7 years, and mom has always claimed the abuse was happening. In 2000 she file a report but nothing was done. except a letter a year later stating that the police could find no abuse. CPS was called this time and they could find only that something Inappropriate had happened, but the detective that spoke with me would not say what it was. There will be another interview with my 10 year old daughter the 28th of Feb. My court date is March 3rd, can I pros pone the case date untill the interview is finalized? I am unable to see me children at this time, and MOM is asking for a no vivistation no contact order. for 7 years I have paid support, abided by court orders, and mom has been found to be contempt of orders, a few times... Any advise would be helpful... thank you for your time....

Did you get a letter on this stating that they think *something happened in YOUR care* & did it contain an administrative appeal form? You are entitled to a copy of that particular report. I have no idea why they are interviewing your daughter when (those) types of letter are typically sent out when the case is closed. I can only guess they are accusing you of something else. Haven't they already interviewed your 10 year old??

Yes I have an anttorney, but in the past they have not always been too helpful so I gathering as much info as possible.

I have not recieced a letter yet from CPS. My info came from the dective on the case. CPS has spoke with my 10 year old, but the dective on the case said he was going to speak with her as well...
