mom of stupid 18 yr old help!

can someone tell me if i can get my son's money back for him? we live in pa and he bought an R-title car, i didn't know what that was till i did some research. he has a 30 day warranty and spent all of his money on this car that has been in an accident 2x (thanks car fax).

Ah... you fell for the "carfax" is a guarantee... All information on a carfax report is voluntarily reported by DMVs, insurance companies, etc... So if it get's in an accident no one has to report anything to carfax...
