What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA
NEGOTIATED AND PURCHASED A 2004 MAZDA 6 WAGON FEBRUARY 12, 2005. CAR HAD 6 MILES WHEN PURCHASED. IN THE DEAL, THEY INSTALLED A MOON ROOF. IT TURNS OUT THE MOONROOF LEAKS, I CALLED THE SALESMAN, TOOK THE CAR IN MONDAY MARCH 7, 2005, FOR REPAIRS. PICKED UP THE CAR MARCH 10, 2005.TODAY IT RAINED AND LOW AND BEHOLD IT STILL LEAKS. RETURNED THE CAR AGAIN MARCH 18, 2005 TO ONCE AGAIN HAVE IT REPAIRED. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER? I KNOW CALIFORNIA FALLS UNDER A LEMON LAW, WOULD THIS BE PART OF THAT LEMON LAW?

Lemon laws apply to the safety and operational equipment and to only manufacturer installed equipment. Your dealer installed moonroof does not qualify. You will have to comply with the warranty supplied by the manufacturer and installer of the moonroof.
