I live in Texas and my divorce was final 5 months ago. Now my ex is saying he wants to petition the court to add a morality clause to our divorce agreement. Can he do this now, this long after the finalization of everything?
He can try, but unlikely he will be successful. Unless you are seeing someone who is a convicted child abuser or something, then he might get an order preventing you from having THAT PERSON only around the child.

*edited to add* Of course, what ecmst said is entirely true -- the clause can't apply to YOU at this point, but it CAN apply to your new love interests, especially as they affect the child/ren.
