For those of you just joining the thread: My fiancee's x lives three hours away. This makes it extremely difficult for him to see his daughter because of his work schedule. Doesn't leave much quality time when you spend all day Saturday on the road and then turn around and do it again on Sunday. Any way,
Does anyone know what the chances are of getting shared custody so he may have longer periods of time with her? How it will effect visitation and child support. What are the benefits or disadvantages of living three hours away when it comes to shared custody?
