My friend who residence is in the State of Georgia has two children. The two children have different mothers. One mother is receiving child support based on a verbal agreement made by the two of them. The other mother has not been receiving support yet. How will this verbal agreement affect the child support amount of the other child? Will still be based on the gross salary or on the net salary that is left over after the verbal agreement amount is paid?

Verbal agreements are worth nothing.. nada, zero, nought .. also papers agreements that have not been signed by a judge should be written on soft paper so it will have a later use.
