what can I do if I have a approved loan for a home and when we signed all papers and payed all costs at title company, It went back to mortage company for funding they arent funding? Loan will expire on Sunday and now closing is in delay?Is this a current problem, What can I do?

Do you mean by saying that you have an approved loan, that the mortgage company approved the loan and then they decided not to fund it?

If so, what is their reason for not funding the loan?
