What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I was married, my wife had a house, we refinanced and put the loan in my name so we would get a better interest rate. We also received a 2nd mortgage in my name for whatever we wanted to use for it. The divorce decree states the title of the house goes back to her name. I didn't put anything in the decree stating that she would refinance. She hasn't as of yet(one year later). According to the decree she is supposed to pay the mortgage which she is always late on(sometimes more than a month). I am wondering if I file for bankruptcy will that wipe out the mortgage, the 2nd mortgage and basically the bank would get the house or no? I don't want to do this but my credit is already being ruined due to the fact that she isn't paying the mortgage on time anyway.

Thank youWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

A bk filing will wipe out any deficency balance due the 1st or 2nd mortgage lender should your wife default on the loans.
