I got married for american 4 years ago. An Year ago we refinanced the house we live (he`s got this house 13 years ago) and he told me that both names on the mortgage are enough for me to feel as an owner, because we pay it together. But on the title is only his name. Could you answer me, please, am I right to suspect him, or not?
Thank you!

A: You are right. You have no ownership interest in this land; all you did was agree to pay some money. Go to a lawyer and have the lawyer do a deed to get both of your names on the deed.
