if a house insured by fha is damaged in a tropical storm and that house is heavily damaged, can a mortgage co hold the insurance check for 7 months because the owner is behind in payments? does the mortgage co have to follow hud/fha practices of loss mitigation and the implied warranty of habitabiltiy? thanks [email protected]
