Mortgage company harassing me at work!

my mortgage company harasses me at my job every month. my payments are due on the 22nd of every month but they call me the first week of every month on my job and they are very rude and nasty. Is there anything that I can do to stop this from happening? it is even legal for them to do this?? Dallas, TX

Send a certified letter to the supervisor requesting that they refrain from calling you at work and complain about the harassment.
It is legal for them to call you at work but not legal to harass, threaten etc.
