In the last year my mortgage company ( the third one my mortgage has been sold to) has been having some toubles. Several of my payments were returned to me because the P.O. Box has been closed, they got it straight for a while but now my payments are being returned saying the P.O.Box ah been closed again. Their 1-800 phone number is disconnected and their is no local listing.
What recourse do I have and who should I contact.
