Did you file for bankruptcy?

Is your house in foreclosure?

If you risk losing your house to foreclosure due to accounting errors made by your loan provider, you will be best served by having an attorney in your area help you now.

You have filed for bankruptcy twice before?

You should seek attorney assistance now. Following are two links, one to HUD which provides links to Indiana resources and one to Indiana Legal Services where you can find low-or-no-cost legal help.

There is help available to those facing foreclosure but homeowners cannot delay too long in getting this help.

Good luck.

If the answers to my questions are "yes," then I recommend you take advantage of the legal services available to you in your area.

Delay at this point can mean the loss of your home.

How about making the mortgage company not recording payments

That should be discussed with the attorney you see. If your house already is in foreclosure, you could be past the point of resolving payment issues with your lender other than paying the full amount owing on the mortgage loan.

Good luck.
