my landlord sent back her reference and the mortgage company is not satified with her reponse, for the last 8 months i have paid the rents to the judicial support office at our local court the rent has never been late, i have downloaded this information about the case, (should i send it to the mortgage company) this download is able to give the time and date the rents was paid. my closing is set for july 31, i have heard nightmares of settlements falling apart, i have no place to go, i already gave the landlord 30 days notice
many of you know my husband is in kuwait, please give any suggestions
i have the copy of the reference the landlord gave and the acct is in satisfactory condition the judgement is paid in full

i have given the mortgage company all that i have,
they have even told me the interest rate and how much needed at closing, is this a good sign or just wishful thinking on my part

this morning i drove over to the judicial support office and requested a copy of the docket they provided me this information with the official seal of the office, i also faxed over the reason why this all ended up in court and last night to add insult to this situation the landlord again blamed my husband and myself for complaining to the consumer affairs office, i kept my mouth shut and wanted so badly to say, you have neglected your property and have done nothing to fix the problems and now i want to leave i have had enough,
also before you go to settlement one needs home owners insurance well the insurance guy called the mortgage company and the lady at the other end told him the loan has been approved and settlement is set for july 31, they even gave him the loan number, is this a good sign or again wishful thinking on my part, i havent received a call from the mortgage company today. sometimes i feel like my head is on someone else body,
has anyone else experience something of this nature,
my first home was not a nightmare like this
