georgia;i need help my mortgage company did not file a security deed and now i had to file bankruptcy. trustee mentioned that the property is unsecured and that if no one files claims then i may be entitled to the house or money from the sale. it has been 11 months since i filed pro se and 6 months since discharge. trustee has given 90 days - no one filed claims not even mortgage company. now she has given them another 90 days. what to do?
