What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

The mortgage stabilization and relief act in NJ allowed for a 6 month forbearance on foreclosure for high risk loans in 2009. All you had to do was give the the mortgage companies lawyer a written request for a 6 month forbearance and they had to grant it if your loan was high risk (interest only, subprime, and some other indicators) My question is, does anyone know if this law is still in effect? I can't find it online anywhere....Thanks for your help...
