What is the name of your state?South Carolina
My mortgage loan contains two Hud 1 statements with different loan amount paid to different companies. The signatures on the hud 1 are copies of each other. I have tried to look at the orginal loan papers but was told they no longer exist. I have been in pending foreclosure for three years. The mortgage company refuses to proceed.and I can not due anything with my property. I would like to know what my legal options are and can I get some sort of legal hearing on this account.

**A: too complicated and without the pertinent facts to even attempt to answer. Consult with a real estate attorney.
