My mother and father had a will that named me in charge should something happen to them, Well my dad passed away 3 years ago, my mom found herself a new man, she is drinking booze out of control, and now I found out she has a new will, taken me out of it. (as I do not get along with the new man), and leaving everything to my drug addicted brother who lives in NC. I dont want her money! I do want some of my dads things. Do I have any right to some of his property when my mom passes? Her home is next to mine and I can very easily go into it should she pass, and take some of his belongings, whould this be legal?
Thanks Diane
