What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Hampshire

My mother has been attending a school at home program online for some sort of medical field.. i believe it has something to do with billing and codes. Either way she was given 30 days to take a test because the school she got her GED from somehow managed to lose her records. My mother has setup the appointment to take this test 4 times and each time we were hit with enough snow that the school was closed on the day of her test. So she couldn't take the test to pass it. My mother was kicked out of school and she will lose her government grants. Also since she will have this on her record she probably wont be able to get more grants to retake the course. She is "disabled" and has to work from home.

This doesn't seem like it could be legal in any way shape or form. Please she really needs to know if there is anything she can do to stop this from happening.

**A: there must be more to this story. Was it snowing for 30 straight days?

Not straight no but we had a stretch of bad luck with the weather this month. It has been really bad. In the last 30 days we have been hit by 3-4 snow storms all doping over 10 inches a piece.

Mother should go take the test, and then re-apply. If she had 30 days and missed it, then she missed it. All she can do now is take the test, and hope she gets back in.
