mississippi--any stipulation on taking the child out-of-state in decree now... ? 6 mos maybe possible depending on childs age.. i know its hard when ex moves on to another relationship, but people must carry on with their lives--taking the childs best interest at hand though.. how do yu think child feels about move? If your stable in environment you may be able to have child throughout school year..military personnel never stay in one place very long. its nice to know both parents care about the childs well being. If more split couples would think this way--the world for children would be a better place. good luck..let me know the outcome...just advice (sat in court sessions many times over custody-support and heard everything!!!!WOW!!!!)

Re: Re: Mother moveing away with daughter.

Just wanted to say that i am married to military. we moved to Germany. The father had to try to prove me unfit before the judge would make my babies stay. But they couldnt. That was in TN. How long has she been married to this guy? That does matter. She is also suppose to give you notice i think 6 months before so that you can fight her in court. The main topic in this situation is the kids.. Is the mother a good mother? Does she supply the kids with everything they need?
