My son is 21 currently a senior in College.. He has been accused of "raping" molesting a girl who is now 17 soon to be 18 in Nov. The alleged Rape took place when he as b/n the age of 7-9 and she was 5-7. Can he be prosecuted. He has stated that he DID NOT touch her in an appropiate way; but b/c she is a minor they are investigating all allegations.. What can happen to him. We have not seeked legal assitance b /c we are unsure how to begin or where to begin..Again this happen over 14 years ago when they both were under the age of 10
