Letters have been sent to each and every creditor explaining Mother has been diagnosed with early stages alzheimers, and also may have surgery to have shunts installed in the brain. Explained she only has Social Security, no assets, and would be considerd judgment proof. If a judgment is filed and she is required to be in court, how could (or should) this be handled as she is not able to comprehend current circumstances and is not coherent enough to handle any financial transactions at this time. Has not paid on accounts for about 4 months.
