Recently found out that me and my 5 brothers we most likley named as benificiaries on my mothers life policys.Have the Company it was through, and have contacted them, but they say they cannot give me a copy without the policy numbers.
Unfortunatly my father took care of all that after the accident, and will NOT provide me with a copy of the policy for obvious reasons....It was a very LARGE policy, and it was doubled because of an accidental death. I feel helpless, and need to know my rights, and my siblings rights in this, and if we are wrong about it....Even if we weren't named benificiaries, and nothing to gain by this, I feel as her child to find out the truth if he did not respect her final wishes, or disrespected her in death....can you help me with some advice..please,please.
Thank you, Dierkes

They can find the policy without the number.

Ask the state insurance department for help if the company balks.
