What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

According to my Mothers Will, everything is to be divided equally between my sister and myself. My Mother added my name (and my wifes) to the deed of her house, she also added my name to her checking and saving account as a joint owner. does this remove the house and the checking from the will and probate?

thanks

I know that the checking and savings account has right of survivorship. I'm not sure about the house, my name is on the deed as well as my mother and my wife all equally ( joint tenants)
