What is the name of your state? GA

I recently won a Supreme Court Ruling wherein the Superior Court was ordered to reduce my Child support. The Superior Court calculted my child support based on income that included "moving expenses" that were reimburesed to me. During the hearing for the reduction the judge did not use the new GA law nor did he use the current pay rate. He simply applied the old child support guidelines to the 2006 income statement after discounting the "moving expenses". He then calculated the new support with the old guidelines.

My questions are as follows:

1) Since the original order, I have involuntarily taken a 40% pay cut and would like to file a motion for modification based on involuntary income loss. I would like to do this on my own without council. Can you direct me to a site that would give me the templates and or forms I need to submit to the Gwinett County Court?

2) Are there special forms specifically for "involuntary income loss" or are all modifications handled the same?

Please advise. Thanks DDP:What is the name of your state?

Use a previous motion from your case, change the title to "motion to modify child support" and follow the same basic format.
