I wish to file a motion for the court in Sacramento to reconsider its ruling. Here is how I wrote the motion:

Come now, Defendent John Doe requests the court for a motion for reconsideration of the ruling for the Motion to Deem Facts as Admitted is granted. The Defendent requests this motion to be reconsidered because the Defendent has not received any correspondence from the Plaintiff concerning this case from the time that the Defendant answered the Plaintiff's summons.

At the time, defendant lived in apartment complex and had trouble with receiving mail: On numerous occasions, mail area was vandalized and burglarized. Also, troubles with mail not being placed in correct boxes. This problem began in late summer of 2011 and continued until the defendant moved to a new address. Currently, no current When Defendant moved, he had mail forwarded three weeks prior, but there was a problem with the forwarding. USPS was informed and mail was forwarded once more. The defendant then received correspondence from plaintiff at defendants current address of :
