What is the name of your state? FL

There were two court orders compelling the other side to produce documents. The other side sent a letter saying they will not comply with the orders because it was going to appeal it. I was still working on a motion for sanctions for failure to comply with court orders but they filed the petition for writ of mandamus. I was just wondering if I can still file a motion for sanctions for them not complying with the orders. Thanks. :)
