What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Washington State (Spokane)

I am in the process of appealing a drivers license suspension. I was told by the clerk at the court house when I filed the appeal paperwork that I could file a "Motion for Stay of Revocation of Drivers License" Which would basically suspend the suspension allowing the license to be valid until the appeal is finished. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? Is it a form I need to obtain or do I just write a letter to someone? People at the court house told me it existed and seemed to think it was fairly common, but nobody could tell me how to go about doing it.

Thank you

Is there any particular reason that you posted a link to an old thread of mine?
I was simply asking how to file a document... I dont see where that is valid
