What is the name of your state? IL

I just ended up finding out that a close friend of the family is having her house forclosed on and she is under a chapter 13. I have a pacer account and it is showing that it was filed and entered in as a motion from relief from stay. They filed pro se. If she were to obtain a lawyer now, could they save the house? (P.S.) it is the mortgage company who filed the motion to relief from stay.

It's impossible to say what can be done unless, she does get some legal advice. Maybe the plan can be modified. A Chapter 13 is something that no one should try pro se.
