I would like to file a motion to dismiss as a defendant in a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Today is my 3rd pretrial hearing. Both other times the prosecutor has had nothing to proceed on, not having been able the original accuser. Can someone tell me where I may find a template for composing the motion, and tell me whether I should file it as soon as I get in, or wait and see if the court has anything to proceed with this time?
