Hi,
I recently filed for an uncontested divorce in California.
Since then my husband has told me that he had filed for annulment of marriage, 2 days prior to the case I filed in California.
He is now seeking to quash the case I filed in California on basis of the case in India.
I have not been served with papers of the indian case.

Can I and how can I prevent the california case from getting dismissed?

Any help is appreciated.
Thnaks.
