What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

I just received a ruling on a child custody case in Prince George's County (I am 3rd party claiming custody and visitation) where the facts in the Memorandum Opinion are incorrect, i.e. the dates I was primary caretaker of the child--he is 4; the Memorandum left out 2 yrs. I have been the sole caretaker of this child since birth. My question is, if I file a Motion to Reconsider, do I also include a Memorandum in Support of Motion to Reconsider, and if so, what is the difference between that and the motion. FYI--I'm pro se; custody evaluator's recommendation was highly in my favor and so was Best Interest Attorney's recommendation. Please help.

Are we to assume that the judge ruled against you? Most likely you would simply file the Motion to Reconsider and include your reasons for making the motion within that.
